Sometimes life can be so clouded with issues, it is difficult to see a way forward.

I offer space for you to be heard without judgement in a person-centred approach, exploring issues together at your own pace.

Working on a one to one basis with young and older adults, I work in a private environment, maintaining total confidentiality.

A practising counsellor for six years, with experience in a wide variety of issues, I am also a trainer for bereavement counselling.

I am a Registered member of the professional body BACP and adhere to their code of ethics.
