Rutland Water Nature Reserve

The Rutland Water Nature Reserve has helped enormously in the world of conservation. An example of this is the Rutland Osprey Project, established in 2001. It saw the first Osprey chick grow up and develop successfully in central England for over a century.

Local experts give regular talks and workshops about birdwatching and conservation. Furthermore, there are regular guided walks, where visitors can see Rutland wildlife flourish.
